4chicken thighs

1/3 colive oil

12 clovegarlic sliced

1 smonion chopped

3 Tbspsherry vinegar

1 Tbsppaprika

1 Tbsporegano

1 1/4 cchicken stock

scallions for garnish
How To Make chicken in vinegar sauce

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and brown the chicken on both sides. Add the sliced garlic and onions. Cook for about 5 more minutes.

2Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes. Add the chicken back to pan and pour the chicken stock over top and add the paprika and oregano.

3Cook until chicken is done. Remove the chicken and set aside. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer and discard the solids. Put the sauce through a fat separator

4Serve sauce with chicken and garnish with scallions.
