Ingredients For chicken in honey sauce

  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3
    scallions, green parts minced for garnish

How To Make chicken in honey sauce

    Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

    Mix the remaining ingredients except scallions together and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes.

    To serve, spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with scallions.
