This is so moist and refreshing on a summer day. I served this with a salad for a great light dinner it was so good.

Ingredients For chicken in a creamy lime and chive sauce

  • 1 lb
    chicken tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 11/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1
    lime juice and zest
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh chives
  • salt and garlic powder

How To Make chicken in a creamy lime and chive sauce

  • 1
    Sprinkle the chicken with salt and garlic powder. Mix the sour cream lime juice and zest and chives together. set aside.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet. Brown the tenderloins on both sides.

    Pour the sour cream mixture over chicken and cook basting with the sauce until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with sauce on top.
