Ingredients For chicken fried rice

16 ozchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut into bite size pieces ( boneless thighs are also good)

1 Tbspolive oil

2 cbrown rice, cooked

2 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

3 tspchinese five spice powder
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes (optional)

1 cfrozen peas, thawed

1 cpineapple tidbits, drained
How To Make chicken fried rice

1Heat oil in medium skillet.

2Add chicken and cook over medium heat until cooked through and juices run clear.

3Add Brown rice, spices, 5 spice, soy sauce, and peas, heat for 2-4 mins.

4Add pinapple and allow to heat through.
