Ingredients For chicken fried rice

  • 16 oz
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut into bite size pieces ( boneless thighs are also good)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    brown rice, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3 tsp
    chinese five spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c
    pineapple tidbits, drained

How To Make chicken fried rice

  • 1
    Heat oil in medium skillet.
  • 2
    Add chicken and cook over medium heat until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • 3
    Add Brown rice, spices, 5 spice, soy sauce, and peas, heat for 2-4 mins.
  • 4
    Add pinapple and allow to heat through.
