I added ginger to taste and also some bamboo shoots and water chestnuts (1/2 of each small can). This would be really good with snow peas as well..

Ingredients For chicken fried rice

1 1/2 cuncooked white rice

3 Tbspsesame oil
-
1 smonion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, chopped

2 ccooked chicken breast. chopped

1/2 cfrozen mixed vegetables
-
1egg, beaten
-
1/4 csoy sauce, low sodium
How To Make chicken fried rice

1Cook rice according to directions on pkg. While rice is cooking, heat a large frying pan or wok over med-high heat. Pour in sesame oil and stir in onion. Stir til golden than add garlic. When garlic starts to brown, add frozen veggies.

2Turn down heat to medium and fry till veggies are still a little crisp. Add chicken and cook til heated thru. Stir in beaten egg and cook till egg is scrambled in and firm.

3When rice is fully cooked add in and mix together with chicken and veggies, then add soy sauce. ***Adjust seasoning to taste and see notes..
