Ingredients For chicken fettuccine with broccoli

1 cheavy cream

1/4 cbutter
-
1/2 cshredded Parmesan cheese

1 - 2 bunchfresh broccoli

1 lbchicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

lemon pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

8 ozfettuccine pasta
How To Make chicken fettuccine with broccoli

1Combine the cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese in a saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring continually until it begins to boil. Remove from the heat, being careful not to overcook the mixture. It should be slightly thickened.

3Steam the broccoli florets in a vegetable steamer for about 16 minutes. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

4Meanwhile, add the chicken to large bowl and sprinkle with the lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss lightly.

5Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir occasionally until fully cooked.

6Cook the pasta in the boiling water until al dente, about 7 minutes or so. Drain.

7In a large pasta bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Toss and serve hot. Enjoy!
