My family always enjoyed these and by using a pre-made chicken prep time is cut in half.

Ingredients For chicken enchilidas

  • 1 c
    roasted chicken shredded
  • 1 pkg
    small flour tortillas shells
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can
    green chiles chopped small can
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • sour cream
  • 8x8 casserole dish

How To Make chicken enchilidas

  • 1
    Pre heat oven 350 Shred pre-cooked chicken. Mix together both soups and green chilies.

    Warm flour shells till pliable. fill with a small amount of chicken and spoon about a Tablespoon of soup mixture onto chicken. Roll up and place in a casserole dish

    Continue making chicken rolls until casaserole is filled.Cover with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake 20 minutes in a 350 oven, or until chees is gooey. Serve with sour cream if desired.
