Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

3 or 4chicken breasts

23 ounce packages cream cheese softened

1/3 chalf and half
-
3/4 cchopped onion
-
1/2 tspsalt

1 canenchilada sauce-mild

large flour tortillas

mexican blend cheese
How To Make chicken enchiladas

1Preheat oven 350 drgrees Mix cream cheese, half and half, onion, and salt together. Add chicken. Spread onto tortilla 1 tablespoon enchilada sauce. Place a large spoon full (about 1/8 of chick) of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a pan seam side down. Pour sauce over all and over with cheese.
