Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

    chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can
    diced green chilies
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 2 lg
    cans enchilada sauce
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10
    flour tortillas

How To Make chicken enchiladas

  • 1
    Saute onion and green chilies until onions are clear. Mix in 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce and chicken. Heat until bubbly.

    Take the remaining sauce and heat in skillet. When hot, dip flour tortillas in sauce to soften.

    Divide filling into 10 tortillas. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13 pans, seams side down. Pour left in skillet over top of tortillas and top with cheese.

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
