Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

2 cchopped cooked chicken or turkey

1 cchopped green pepper

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

1 jar(8 oz.) salsa, divided

8(6 inch) flour tortillas
-
3/4 lb(12 oz.) velveeta cheese spread, cut up

1/4 cmilk
-
1 smcontainer of sour cream
How To Make chicken enchiladas

1Stir chicken or turkey , bell pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in saucepan until cream cheese is melted.

2Spoon 1/3 cup of the mixture down the center of each flour tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 12x8 in baking dish.

3Stir process cheese spread and milk in saucepan o low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil.

4Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining salsa over tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
