I recieved this recipe from a neighbor while stationed in the Republic of Panama Back in the 1980's. It's a easy economical recipe.

Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

1chicken, cooked and deboned

1onion, chopped

4 ozcan diced green chili's

2 cancream of chicken soup

1/4 cwater
-
1 csour cream
How To Make chicken enchiladas

1Saute: Onion and green chilies.

2Mix: Onion, chilies, cream of chicken soup, water and sour cream.

3Bake: Put layer of chicken in 9x13 in pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Grate cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Serve: Over tortilla chips.
