If you have ever tried Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup, let me just say LUCKY YOU! It is fabulous! I created my own version. It's a pretty close imitation and only took about 15 minutes, start to finish!

Ingredients For chicken enchilada soup (quick)

2 cancampbells' cream of chicken soup

2 cancampbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup

1-2 canwater
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1-12 oz canchunk white chicken
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
1 ccrispy tri-color tortilla strips
How To Make chicken enchilada soup (quick)

1Open all 4 cans of soup and combine in a large pot. Add water to the consistency that you like. Heat over medium heat.

2Add all the seasonings and stir to mix well. Stir in the chicken. Heat thoroughly.

3Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle grated cheese and tortilla strips on top and serve hot.
