Again this is one from my father and it is good enough to entertain with as well as being a weeknight speciality. Enjoy!

Ingredients For chicken enchilada pie

3 lbchicken (cooked & boned)

1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup
-
1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup

1 can4 oz. chilies, chopped

1 tspchili powder
-
4 tspminced oninons
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tsptabasco
-
1 canchicken broth
-
2 pkgcheddar cheese
-
1 pkgcorn chips
How To Make chicken enchilada pie

1Combine soups, chilies, spices, tabasco, and chicken till well blended. Spray a deep dish casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of the dish with a layer of corn chips. Layer chicken and soup mixture on top of the chips. Top layer with a layer of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layering the pie ending with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
