This is the dip I bring to pretty much all potlucks. I love it and everyone else seems to as well.

Ingredients For chicken enchilada dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 4 oz
    canned green chilis
  • 1 can
    cream chicken soup (reg size)
  • 1 5oz can
    white meat chicken

How To Make chicken enchilada dip

    Add all ingredients to crockpot, stir, keep on low for 1 hour and enjoy! You can use a can of chicken or sometimes I go to the deli dept and get a couple pieces of roasted chicken and shred that up in the mix. Serve with tortilla chips.
