8 ozrice noodles

2boneless skinless chicken cut into bite size pieces

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1shallot sliced

2 clovegarlic minced

1 cnapa cabbage thinly sliced

1 cfrozen shelled edamame

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar

hoisin sauce

fresh cilantro
How To Make chicken, edamame, and noodle stir-fry

1Cook the noodles according to package dirrection. Drain and set aside

2Toss the chicken with the cornstarch and season with salt and pepper. Heat one tbsp oil in a large skillet. Cook the chicken until browned. Transfers to a plate.

3Add the remaining tbsp oil to the pan and cook the onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook 2 to 4 minutes.

4Add the edamame and stir fry 2 minutes. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar together. Add to the pan and add the noodles and chicken back in. Cook 3 to 5 minutes to all is warmed through

5Serve garnished with cilantro and drizzle with hoisin sauce.
