Ingredients For chicken drumsticks with apricot glaze
- SAUCE:

1 Tbspbutter

3/4 cchopped onion

2 tspfinely chopped garlic

1/3 cteriyaki sauce

1/4 cfirmly packed raw sugar

1/4 cdark molasses
-
1/4 choney
-
1 - 14 ozbottle (1 1/3 ) cup ketchup

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 - 12 ozjar apricot preserves
- DRUMSTICKS:

3 TO 3 1/2 lbchicken drumsticks
How To Make chicken drumsticks with apricot glaze

1Melt butter in 4 quart sauce pan until sizzling, add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until onion is softened (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in all remaining ingredients except apricot preserves. Continue cooking until sauce comes to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low . Cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Stir in Apricot Preserves.

3Heat oven to 400 degrees, Place drumsticks in lightly greased 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over drumsticks, stir to coat. Bake for 45to60 minutes, basting occasionally or until drumsticks are tender and sauce is thickened.

4To serve, Keep chicken warm by placing in slow cooker on low heat setting If covered, sauce will become thin.
