Love this casserole. It tastes like Thanksgiving mixed together into one dish. Easy to make and loved by everyone I've ever made it for.

Ingredients For chicken & dressing casserole

1 pkgyour favorite cornbread mix,prepared and crumbled
-
2 lgchicken breasts, boneless and skinless
-
1 cancream of celery soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
2 stickcelery, chopped
-
salt & pepper to taste
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make chicken & dressing casserole

1Prepare corn bread, cool and crumble. Cook chicken, cool and chop into one ince chunks.

2Put crumbled cornbread into large mixing bowl and add soups, onion, celery, chicken and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste and spread into a large baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove cover and allow to brown top of casserole, aprox 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with side dishes such as green beans or a tossed salad.
