When I was a kid, our housekeeper/nanny used to make this for dinner. To this day, it still says home to me.

Ingredients For chicken divane

  • 4
    cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch
    brocolli tops, steamed
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    mayo
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    grated cheese
  • slivered almonds
  • parmessan cheese

How To Make chicken divane

  • 1
    Cube chicken & steam brocolli. Make sure to drain the liquid from the brocolli after steaming.

    Mix together the chicken soup, lemon juice, mayo and 1/2 of the grated cheese in a bowl.

    Layer casserole dish: On bottom, place brocolli, then chicken, then soup mixture.

    Sprinkle the top with almonds & parmessan.

    Cook 35-45 minutes at 325, until it bubbles. Take out and cover with rest of cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
