Ingredients For chicken curry

1 mdchopped purple onion
-
3 clovegarlic crushed with 1/2 tsp salt
-
1/3 mdgreen pepper diced
-
1 Tbspcurry powder
-
1 Tbsppureed ginger
-
1/2 cchicken broth
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 mdchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 Tbspraisins or chopped apple
-
2 Tbspchopped green onion for garnish

1/4 coil
How To Make chicken curry

1Heat oil in medium pot,add purple onion,garlic,ginger& curry powder,till onion is transparent remove all to a bowl put aside

2Add more oil if needed,brown chicken well, add onion & spices back ,add soup,stock,raisins

3After about 30 mins or so simmering add green pepper simmer till thicker adding cornstarch,if needed. Garnish with green onion serve over steamed rice
