Ingredients For chicken cordon bleu casserole

  • 3
    boneless chicken cutletts
  • 1/2 c
    cooked broccoli
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    mozzerella (or your choice) shredded cheese
  • breadcrumbs for a topping
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped ham

How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

  • 1
    Pre heat oven to 350
  • 2
    dice the broccoli, ham, and chicken, and place in a large mixing bowl.

    Add cream of mushroom soup, and cheese to the mixture, and mix well (you can add any seasoning you'd prefer, I sometimes use a dash of garlic salt)
  • 4
    spread into a small/med casserole dish, and cover with bread crumbs (you can use whatever flavor you prefer, I used plain, because that's what I had on hand)
  • 5
    Cover the dish with it's lid, and bake until gold and bubbly!
