Ingredients For chicken cordon bleu casserole

4 ccornflake crumbs
-
1 cgrated parmesan cheese.

1/4 cmelted butter
-
2pkgs perdue chicken strips
-
1/2 tspsalt & pepper to taste

6 creduecd-fat, shredded swiss cheese.

1 lbdeli-style maple ham, diced
-
1bunch green onions, sliced
-
110.75 oz can condensed reduced fat cream of chicken soup

1 clow-fat sour cream
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

1Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix cornflakes, parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup butter, melted. Spread some of the mix into bottom of pan. Layer 1/2 the chicken strips over crumbs.Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Cover chicken w/ 1/2 the swiss cheese, then all of the ham and green onions. In bowl, mix sour cream and soup. Spread over green onions. Place remaining chicken over green onions. Sprinkle w/ remaining swiss cheese. Top w/ remaining crumb mix. Drizzle w/ 2 tbsp butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 45 min. Uncover, bake until bubbly.
