Ingredients For chicken cordon bleu casserole

  • 4 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 2
    pkgs perdue chicken strips
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 c
    reduecd-fat, shredded swiss cheese.
  • 1 lb
    deli-style maple ham, diced
  • 1
    bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1
    10.75 oz can condensed reduced fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    low-fat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

    Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix cornflakes, parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup butter, melted. Spread some of the mix into bottom of pan. Layer 1/2 the chicken strips over crumbs.Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Cover chicken w/ 1/2 the swiss cheese, then all of the ham and green onions. In bowl, mix sour cream and soup. Spread over green onions. Place remaining chicken over green onions. Sprinkle w/ remaining swiss cheese. Top w/ remaining crumb mix. Drizzle w/ 2 tbsp butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 45 min. Uncover, bake until bubbly.
