i love chicken cordon bleu but i didnt want to have to buy it all the time so i started making it on my own at home the kids love it

Ingredients For chicken cordon bleu

  • 2 lb
    boneless chicken
  • 1 pkg
    honey ham sliced
  • 1 pkg
    swiss cheese sliced
  • 1
    eggs / water
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 c
    italian bread crumbs

How To Make chicken cordon bleu

  • 1
    pound out boneless chicken to about an inch thin, then place a piece of ham and swiss cheese in the center of the chicken roll up and and pinch with tooth pick and dip in egg wash and then dip in bread crumbs place in pan add melted butter pour over the top of the chicken and place in oven at 350 for about 30 to 45 mins until done take out of oven and let cool serve with noodles or rice .
