Ingredients For one pan chicken cordon bleu

  • 3/4 lb
    chicken breast filets
  • 4 oz
    boiled ham, slivered
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 pkg
    cut asparagus, frozen and drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    rice, instant
  • 2 slice
    swiss cheese

How To Make one pan chicken cordon bleu

  • 1
    Saute' chicken and ham in butter until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add soup, water, mustard and asparagus. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and top with cheese, Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes ENJOY
