1/4 colive oil

2 Tbspfresh rosemary, minced

1 Tbspgarlic, minced

1/2 conion, diced

2 cmushrooms, sliced

1 cbacon, cooked and drained, crumbled

1 1/2 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1/2 cirish mist whiskey

2 cwhipping cream
How To Make chicken connemara

1Saute rosemary, garlic, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat, 3-4 minutes.

2Add chicken and saute until chicken is almost done.

3Add bacon, wine and cream. Continue cooking and stirring over medium-low heat until the cream is reduced to a nice smooth sauce, about 7 to 8 minutes.
