Ingredients For chicken coconut curry with rice

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    each cinnamon and ground cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can
    coconut cream
  • cooked rice
  • green onions for garnish

How To Make chicken coconut curry with rice

  • 1
    Place the butter in a large skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until onion is softened. Add the chicken, curry powder, cinnamon and cloves. Cook until chicken is almost done. Add the coconut cream. Season to taste with salt. Serve over rice topped with green onions for garnish
