Ingredients For chicken chow mein

10 stickcelery ribs sliced

1 Tbspcanola oil

1 cbean sprouts
-
4oz canmushroom sliced drained

7oz canwater chestnuts drained

2 ccooked chicken shredded
-
3 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/4 cwater
-
10oz canchicken broth, condensed

1/4 csoy sauce
How To Make chicken chow mein

1In a large pot, saute celery in oil for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chicken.

3In a large bowl, blend cornstarch with water. When smooth, add chicken broth and soy sauce to bowl. Mix well and pour over meat and vegetables.

4Bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens.

5Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
