Ingredients For chicken chow mein

3 Tbspoil

2 lgonions, sliced thin

1 cchicken stock or bouillon cube dissolved in water

1 ccanned sliced mushrooms, drained

1 ccanned bean sprouts, drained

2 cchicken, cooked and diced

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspwater

1 Tbspsoy sauce
How To Make chicken chow mein

1Heat pan to 350. Add oil and when it is hot, add onions and a few tablespoons chicken stock. Cover and steam until soft but do not scorch. Add chicken stock, mushrooms and bean sprouts and bring to boil.

2. Reduce heat to simmer. Add chicken. Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into pan. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, mix well and serve over fried noodles. Cooking time, 20 to 25 minute. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
