Ingredients For chicken chop suey

1 lbchicken breast, cubed

4 ozwater chestnuts

1.5 cchinese pea pods

1/4 csliced green onions

1tomato, diced
-
1/2 cmushrooms, sliced

1green bell pepper, sliced
-
1/2 csliced celery
-
1/2 tsphorseradish
-
1/2 tspginger
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 cpineapple juice, unsweetened

3vegetable bouillon cubes
-
1 Tbspoil
-
3 cbean sprouts, fresh
How To Make chicken chop suey

1Pan fry chicken in oil.

2Remove from heat and set aside.

3In another pan, crush bouillon cubes and dissolve in pineapple juice.

4Add soy sauce, ginger, horseradish, celery and green pepper; heat through.

5Combine chicken with tomato, green onions, pea pods and water chestnuts; stir-fry about 2 minutes.

6Pour over fresh bean sprouts, top with pineapple sauce; serve immediately.
