2 clovegarlic, grated

1/2 tspsalt

cilantro n shredd cheddar chs, optional
How To Make chicken chili

1IN A LARGE PAN SAUTÉ ONION N COLORD PEPPERS IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL ONIONS SOFTEN, 3 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN N COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES. ADD CHOPPD CHILIS, GARLIC, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN N SALT.

2DRAIN BEANS N ADD TO PAN STIR .

3ADD CRUSHD TOMATOES N CHICKEN BROTH...STIR N COVER SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. (AT THIS POINT I ADDED A ROASTED JALAPEÑO, CHOPPD....WE LIKE THE HEAT)

4SERVE ON PASTA OR RICE...OR DELICIOUS AS IS! TOP WITH CHOPPD CILANTRO N OR SHREDD CHEDDAR CHEESE......... ENJOY :)
