was gonna make chicken pot pie for supper tonight but didnt feel like makeing a crust so i put the pot pie together like usual but instead of a crust i added rice an called it chicken casserrolle. the family loved it! it was all gone in a jiffy!

Ingredients For chicken casserolle

  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 lg
    can mixed veggies
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    long grain white rice
  • pinch
    of salt
  • pinch
    pepper
  • pinch
    of italian seasoning
  • pinch
    garlic

How To Make chicken casserolle

    i boiled my chicken but u can bake it if you want. when its done cut it up into peices.

    mix chicken, veggies, soups, rice into large bowl add seasonings mix together and bake in a large caserolle dish covered with tinfoil at 350 for about 30 mins. or untill rice is done.

    this may sound crazy but i dont usually time things in the oven. i can usually tell when its done i hope you enjoy this recipe and am very excited about being in this club!
