was gonna make chicken pot pie for supper tonight but didnt feel like makeing a crust so i put the pot pie together like usual but instead of a crust i added rice an called it chicken casserrolle. the family loved it! it was all gone in a jiffy!

1 lgcan mixed veggies

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 clong grain white rice

pinchof salt

pinchpepper

pinchof italian seasoning

How To Make chicken casserolle

1i boiled my chicken but u can bake it if you want. when its done cut it up into peices.

2mix chicken, veggies, soups, rice into large bowl add seasonings mix together and bake in a large caserolle dish covered with tinfoil at 350 for about 30 mins. or untill rice is done.

3this may sound crazy but i dont usually time things in the oven. i can usually tell when its done i hope you enjoy this recipe and am very excited about being in this club!
