This is such an amazing recipe :) I found it in a Taste of Home magazine and the picture of it was so tasty looking and I just had to try it and to be honest I wasn't disappointed :)

1 cchicken broth

1 mdapple, peeled and chopped

1/2 cgolden raisins

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 pkg(6 oz) stuffing mix

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
-
1 csliced fresh mushrooms
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1-1/2 csour cream
-
1 can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

4 cfrozen broccoli florets, thawed
How To Make chicken casserole supreme

1In a large saucepan, combine the broth, apple and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 3-4 minutes or till apple is tender. Stir in butter and stuffing mix. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 mins.

2Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook the chicken, mushroom and onion in oil over medium heat till chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from the heat. Stir in sour cream and soup.

3Transfer to a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with broccoli and stuffing mixture. Bake uncovered at 350* for 20-25 minutes or till heated through.
