Ingredients For chicken casserole

  • 2 c
    cooked chicken
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    instant rice
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 pkg
    frozen seasoning vegetables
  • 1/4 c
    butter

How To Make chicken casserole

  • 1
    Saute frozen seasoning vegetables in butter until tender. Combine with soup, broth, and sour cream. Add the chicken and rice into liquids and pour into casserole dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered.

    Crush crackers and mix with cheese. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle cracker/cheese mixture on top. Return to oven for ten minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
