2 ccooked chicken

1 cchicken broth
-
1 csour cream
-
1 cinstant rice

1 cancream of celery soup

1 ccheese, shredded
-
1/2 ccrushed saltine crackers

1/2 pkgfrozen seasoning vegetables

1/4 cbutter
How To Make chicken casserole

1Saute frozen seasoning vegetables in butter until tender. Combine with soup, broth, and sour cream. Add the chicken and rice into liquids and pour into casserole dish.

2Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered.

3Crush crackers and mix with cheese. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle cracker/cheese mixture on top. Return to oven for ten minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
