This recipe came from a cookbook from one of our local nursing homes. Another EASY one! This makes a very good & quick chicken and dressing. No need to boil a chicken for broth.

Ingredients For swiss chicken casserole

  • 4
    chicken breast or turkey
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 1 box
    stove top stuffing turkey, chicken or plain
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup

How To Make swiss chicken casserole

  • 1
    Spray or grease casserole dish. Place chicken breast in dish. Top with cheese.

    Mix stovetop stuffing according to package directions; place on top of cheese. Top with soup.

    Cover with foil or tight fitting lid and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
