Ingredients For chicken casserole

3 lbchicken -- de-boned & chopped

6 slicebacon
-
1 smonion -- diced
-
1 lgbell pepper -- diced
-
3stalks of celery -- diced
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 (15 oz) cansweet peas
-
12 ozsmall elbow noodles
-
shredded mozarella cheese -- amount desired
How To Make chicken casserole

1Boil Chicken until done. Then de-bone and chop chicken in bite size pieces.

2Strain the chicken broth and set broth aside.

3Add the Broth to Pot. Then add Milk and Butter. Get it to a boil and add noodles. Once noodles are done strain and add to casserole pan.

4Place the bacon in skillet and fry till almost done; cut bacon in pieces and then set aside.

5Add chopped chicken, celery, bell pepper, onion, and bacon pieces in skillet with bacon grease. Cook until veggies and meat is well done.

6Add everything else to casserole pan with noodles and mix well.

7Place the casserole pan in 375 degree oven and cook until almost done and then add cheese to the top and let it melt.
