Ingredients For chicken casserole

  • 5 lg
    chicken breast
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick
    margarine melted
  • 2 pkg
    town house crackers
  • 3/4 c
    chicken broth

How To Make chicken casserole

  • 1
    Boil chicken until tender. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Stir soups, broth, sour cream mix well. Add chicken
  • 2
    Crumble crackers and stir in melted margarine. Put half mixture in a large casserole dish. Add chicken mixture. Top with remaning crackers.

    Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. About 25 to 30 mintues. Enjoy
