Meatballs: I take out the meatballs and one cup of sauce put it in a microwave safe dish and let cool. After it is completely cooled cover and put in the frig. On meatball sub night, warm the meatballs in the microwave. Meanwhile, split sub rolls lengthwise and put in a slice of provolone cheese. Once meatballs are reheated, sit them on top of the cheese and eat!
