Ingredients For bob's chicken cacciatore

6 slicebacon

4 tspolive oil

3-4 lbfryer chicken (cut up)

2 mdonion,chopped

1 mdgreen bell pepper,chopped

4 clovegarlic

1 lgcan diced tomatos

1 c16 oz can tomato sauce

1 cred wine
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
1/2 tspeach cuman,pepper,allspice,and thyme

2bay leaves
-
10 ozmushrooms, your choice

1/2 bottledark beer
-
2 cantomato paste, italian
How To Make bob's chicken cacciatore

1In a 14' deep dutch oven, cook bacon over med-high heat,till crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon ,crumble and set aside. Add 4 teaspoons olive oil to oven.Add chicken, brown on all sides. Remove from dutch oven keep warm.

2In drippings add onions,peppers, garlic and mushrooms.satue untill tender,(remember to scrap yum yums from bottom of pan,) Abought 5-10 min.

3return chicken to pot add all remaining ingredients. add tomato paste. Bring to a boil, Reduce heat to low and simmerfor 40-60 min. Discared bay leaves. serve over rice or pasta.
