Ingredients For chicken,butter and molasses

  • 8 lg
    chicken thighs
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    vegtable oil
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 11/2 c
    your favorite molasses

How To Make chicken,butter and molasses

    wash an clean chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. place the eggs in a small dish and stir till yolks and whites are combined. Put your salt, pepper and flour in a bowl and mix. coat your chicken pieces first with the egg mixture then with the flour mixture and set aside.

    place your 1 cup vegtable oil in a medium skillet on med high heat. once hot, place 4 chicken thighs in the skillet and fry on each side for 7 to 10 min or until the chicken is done.repeat with other 4 pieces.

    melt your butter in a small saucepan. place the molasses in a bowl an slowly place each piece chicken first in butter to coat then the molasses then coat and then serve this is a good meat side
