Ingredients For chicken breast with lemon sauce

  • 4
    boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 c
    white wine or apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make chicken breast with lemon sauce

    Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Coat with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over bed heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4-6 minutes. Turning once. Add wine and lemon juice sprinkle with pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

    Serve spooning sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
