Ingredients For chicken breast reuben hero

  • 1 c
    pesto
  • 2
    chicken breast ( split ) to make four
  • 1 pkg
    16 oz corned beef
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 4
    french bread rolls ( partially split )
  • 1 can
    16 oz can sauerkraut ( devided by 4 )

How To Make chicken breast reuben hero

    1Heat oven to 350. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan 15 to 25 minutes 0r until chicken is done ( 165 )

    Spread pesto on bottom half of roll, place chicken half on each roll.

    Add corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, put top on roll and ( enjoy). Serve with a salad and of course a dill pickle if wanted.
