Ingredients For chicken boursin

  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 oz
    boursin cheese
  • 2 lg
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make chicken boursin

  • 1
    Divide cheese into four parts and spread down middle of each chicken breast. Roll breast around cheese.

    Dip rolled up chicken breast in egg, then roll chicken in bread crumbs.
  • 3
    Place in baking dish, seam side down. (may be made one day ahead to this point).

    Cover with melted butter.
  • 5
    Bake for 20 - 30 minutes basting occasionally.
  • 6
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
