I got this recipe from the Taste of Home website. We tried it tonight and enjoyed it very much. It's not real "heart healthy," but, what the heck, it doesn't hurt to throw caution to the wind once in awhile! LOL! The picture is mine.

2 cbow tie pasta, uncooked

2 cchicken, cooked & cubed

1 - 14 oz. canartichoke hearts, water packed, drained, rinsed & chopped

1 - 11 oz. cancream of chicken soup, undiluted
-
1 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1/3 cmilk, 2%
-
1garlic clove, minced
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 conion and garlic salad croutons, coarsely crushed
How To Make chicken artichoke casserole

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2In a large bowl, combine the chicken, artichokes, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, milk, garlic, onion powder and pepper.

3Drain pasta; add to chicken mixture.

4Transfer to a greased, 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
