Ingredients For chicken and wild rice casserole

2 lbchicken
-
1 canfat free cream of celery soup

1 canfrench style green beans (drained)

1/2 cbell pepper (chopped)

1/2 conion (chopped)

1/2 cgreen onion (chopped)

1 boxuncle ben's wild rice

1 cmayonnaise, light
-
1/2 cchedder cheese, grated

1 critz crackers, crushed
How To Make chicken and wild rice casserole

1Boil chicken in a small amount of water until it's tender. You can use which ever type you want. Cool and cut up into bite sized pieces.

2Prepare Uncle Bens rice as directed on the package.

3Mix all ingredients together except the cheese and crackers. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
