Ingredients For chicken and water chestnut casserole

4 mdchicken breasts, boiled, deboned, and chunked

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 Tbspminced onions
-
1/2 tspsalt

1 cansliced water chestnuts, drained

3/4 cmayonnaise

1 cfinely minced celery
-
1 ccooked instant rice
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
- TOPPING:

1 ccrushed plain potato chips

1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make chicken and water chestnut casserole

1Saute celery and onions in 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix all other ingredients with them. Pour into greased casserole dish.

2Top with the 1 cup of crushed plain potato chips. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over the top.

3Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
