Ingredients For chicken and veggie packets

8 ozchicken breast

1/2 cred pepper, sliced

1 mdshallot, sliced
-
1/2 cbaby carrots
-
4 ozmushrooms, sliced

1 tspitalian herbs
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken and veggie packets

1While partially frozen, slice the breast in half the long way OR pound the breast until it's uniformity thin, then cut into two pieces.

2Put each piece of chicken in the center of a 12 inch square of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle each with half of Italian herbs. Divide veggies between both packets. Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3Close foil packets tightly. Put on baking sheet in 375ºF oven for half hour. Let sit for 5 minutes before opening.
