Ingredients For chicken and rice bake-kl

  • 1 c
    rice
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes (crushed) with juice
  • 3 c
    water
  • 1
    onion
  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make chicken and rice bake-kl

    Heat oven to 375 F.
  • 2
    Place chicken in a 13x9 pan. Place rice and onions around the chicken.

    Combine water and crushed tomatoes. Pour over Chicken and rice. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder and garlic powder.

    Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.

    Remove the foil and continue to bake until there is no liquid and chicken is golden.
