Ingredients For chicken and rice

  • 1 can
    cream of chicken, mushroom, or asparagus soup
  • 1 can
    french onion soup
  • 1-2 lb
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 c
    minute rice

How To Make chicken and rice

    Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350°.

    Spread rice over bottom of pan. Mix cream soup and french onion soup in bowl. Pour over rice and stir until all rice is coated with soup.

    Place chicken breasts over rice and press down to coat chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
