Ingredients For chicken and pork lettuce wrap filling

3boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/2 lbground pork

6 clovegarlic

1inch piece of peeled ginger

1 lgshallot

1 cshredded carrots

1 cspinach leaves

3birds eye chili peppers

1 1/2 cbean sprouts

1/4 cfish sauce

1 baglee kum kee panda brand lettuce wrap sauce
How To Make chicken and pork lettuce wrap filling

1Place all ingredients except lettuce wrap sauce in a large food processor. Process on high until all ingredients are chopped fine and the mixture forms a ball.

2Place over high heat and cook until meat is done. Drain. Add the bag of sauce and continue to cook until it is all sauce is incorporated into the meat. Serve in romaine lettuce leaves
