Ingredients For chicken and peach salad croissant

  • 8 oz
    chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 4 oz
    peaches, diced and drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    almonds, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    salad dressing (mayo)
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 5/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 5/8 tsp
    salt
  • croissants

How To Make chicken and peach salad croissant

  • 1
    Combine sour cream, salad dressing, spices, celery and onion.
  • 2
    Add to chicken and stir well.
  • 3
    Add almonds, then gently fold in peaches, being careful not to mash them up.
  • 4
    Chill until ready to serve.

    NOTE: Recipe may be doubled and more, to serve more than one person.
