Ingredients For chicken and leek casserole

  • 1/4 c
    canadian bacon
  • 1 lb
    boneless,skinless, chicken breast
  • 2 c
    leeks white part.
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    beer or ale
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make chicken and leek casserole

    Preheat oven, to 325.

    Combine all ingriedents in a caaerole dish,mix well. Bake covered for 1 hour,

    Remove cover and place back in oven,until 1/3 of the liquid is asborbed,sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.Return to oven for 30 minuets.
